Job description

Our client, a successful consultancy firm is searching for a Wind Turbine Inspector.

You will be responsible for:

• Carry out independent inspections/assessments of wind farms
• Coordinate activities of engineers (e.g. sub-contractors)
• Writing inspection reports in English
  
• Working proactively and make recommendations for inspected w.t.
  
• Working in accordance with Health and Safety policies

Skills and experience

• Secondary vocational education and minimal of 3 years work experience in Wind Energy
• Good knowledge of wind turbine systems and components (gearboxes)
• Possession of / willing to get the necessary certificates (i.e. VCA, Safe working on Heights, Offshore H&S training)
• Willingness to travel frequently
