Our client is a young Chinese Wind Turbine manufacturer which is producing and developing a range of wind turbines. The company is looking to attract experienced wind energy experts. This is a great opportunity to work for a fast growing company and enter into the Chinese wind energy market

You will be responsible for:

• Technical responsibility for the complete turbine or a sub system.
• Secure that the wind turbine or sub system meets the technical specifications.
• Work on the design of the turbine or a sub system and push the technical level for other engineers on the project.
• Work on design and technical reviews.
• Secure that all involved have the required understanding of the objectives for the project.
• Drive technological development of the company.

Skills and experience:

• You have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree at either BSc or MSc level
• You have more than 5 years experience in the wind energy sector.
• You have a strong insight in control systems
• You have the desire and the ability to understand a wide range of multidisciplinary technical disciplines within a complete wind turbine.
• You are flexible, enjoys teamwork and you can work with a global mindset
• You are always prepared to explore new ways to achieve results.
• You have experience in working in Asian companies or interested in exploring this.
• You are open to learn about different cultures, are curious by nature and looking for a new challenge.
• You are independent and structured.
