Job description

Our client, a specialist in design and production of Wind Turbines is searching for a 3D CAD engineer.

You will be responsible for:

• the structural & aerodynamic design of new and existing Wind turbine models and/or components
• Designing wind turbine parts in SolidWorks and supervise work of others
• Specifying and initiating activities by third parties in relation to models in a simulation package, stationary and dynamic calculations and spectra of load
• Judging and monitoring activities carried out by third parties
• To take part in technology, developments in concept and products
• Design evaluations with finite element models based on the solid works model, COSMOS preferred.

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical engineering
• Experienced in 3D CAD design engineering
• Preferably experience in a similar role.
• Solid command of English
• Cultural awareness
